Hello @stroudshow - There's no way to generate and send an Excel Report that automatically updates for each submission. What you can do as an alternative is to integrate your form with Google Spreadsheets.

What this does is it will always update the sheet for each and every submission. You won't have to view an email, open attachments, etc, all you have to do is open the online spreadsheet.
If you really prefer using Excel instead of an online Google Sheet, Another idea I have in mind is to generate an EXCEL REPORT.

Afterwards, just manually visit the report URL generated to download an updated copy of your submissions in XLS format.
Lastly, we offer an export/download feature though this also requires you to manually export/download them whenever you need it.
