What happens when I send this link?

If I send this submission form to my client, so she can manage it.

Basically, I just want her to be able to review and edit submissions, not have access to jot form navigation functions.

No they can not edit the submissions from that link. If you share that url to a user, he will be able to see all the submissions on your forms including submissions that are submitted from other users. If you want the users to edit their submissions please follow the instructions on the link below:
