My forms work properly on computers and phone, but it does not function properly on ipad. Some of the fields does not appear.
Can you clarify how to amend please.

Could you please provide us with a bit more details? What fields are not being displayed? Is this happening occasionally or is this a permanent issue?

if you check the vegetables ‘dasheen’ in the form for example, you will notice that the price description does not appear! On a iPhone and computer, it is fine! But on iPad it does not appear.

It seems that the form widgets are not being loaded properly in some cases on iPad. I have attached a ticket to this thread and escalated it to our developers.
You may suggest re-loading the form when the widgets are not loading on the first attempt.
We will get back to you once we have any updates on this.
