Deleted submission: can you help me, or did I lose it completely?

Hi there,

I recently made changes to an online application form regarding the paypal addition. It was creating problems on the form (people were getting stuck so we removed the button).

Before I removed the button there was 1 form entry that was stuck in the process of submission due to this payment problem. Now that I went back to find this entry, I can no longer find it...Can you help me, or did I lose it completely?

If you are trying to recover data that was associated to a field that you deleted, you can use the revision history to revert that change: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History 

If you deleted an entire submission, unfortunately, there is no way to recover it.
