Card Forms: How to add a footer with disclaimer, privacy policy and terms of service links?

Thanks I have got it working.
Now what I need is, how can I add links to the bottom of my form page?
I need to place links such as disclaimer, privacy policy, terms of service.
I already have these, but I just need to place these links at the bottom, otherwise FB will NOT allow me to send traffic to the form
...

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a sticky footer or a similar element that can be added to a Card Form. Let me please escalate a feature request ticket to our developers. There is no ETA for when it will be implemented, but we will let you know if we have any updates.

The workaround that you may consider is to embed your form to some web page where you can add your custom elements.

You can add your privacy policy and ask your users if they agree with your terms. Please check them out if they works for your case.
