I tried to log back in and got an error message stating "login autosuspended"

    Hello,


    I was working on a form and got logged out of the system.  I tried to log back in and got a error message stating "login auto suspended"

    Your account (desthoneymoon) is currently suspended. Our phishing detector tool automatically suspended your account.

    The form (Travel Disclaimer and Insurance Waiver) is the one that triggered the suspension. Please take note that collecting credit card details using regular text fields are not allowed here in JotForm. I suggest you check our terms of use.

    We need to delete the guilty form or guilty fields so that we can reactivate your account. If that is okay with you, please let us know.
