Can we still build a pdf and use jotform to link it it an online form?

With Adobe FormCentral dead - lets say we want to keep the flow similar:

I have a dumb form in a pdf format - the fields are their but there is no submit button as of yet I would like to link it to a jotform I would like to have the person click submit and their data gets uploaded to a jotform spreadsheet so we can collect the data later.

Is this workflow doable?

You can upload your PDF form to your JotForm account using the Upload PDF option of the PDF Fillable Form Creator tool.

The PDF form will have submit option and the data will be sent to your form submission data also.
