How can i create a Yes/No question with picture?

Hi, I want to make a question with picture. Eg: do you know this item? Yes/No

Picture element and Yes/No elements work separately and require a "next button" in between which sometime confuse my participants. I'm not sure how to create something like that, can you show me?

Unfortunately this is no possible as the user has to navigate to the next page by selecting the next button. I have a hunch on why your form id confusing is because when I click yes of No on the question before image I still have to see the image. We can mitigate this by adding conditional Logic that will hide question if I say No and display Image if I say yes.
