How to get the Mobile phone number in international format?

I'm trying to use Phone Element to receive the Mobile phone number in international format (with country code) which i don't need the "Area Code" field. how can i remove it or is there any other way to receive the mobile phone number in international format?

You may consider changing the Sub label of the Area code to Country code from the phone field properties as shown in the screenshot below:

You may also change the format to single entry field by masking it enabling the user to enter the number in your required format. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with this.
