Trello Integrations: Attach uploaded image as an image and not links to Trello Cards

Hello,

I am using your extension for Trello and everything works fine. Trello creates a card once a form is submitted and the fields get filled according to the settings. Only one thing remains annoying: When a file is sent within a form it is uploaded in the attachments section of Trellos Cards. BUT: Not the real attachment is getting uploaded. There is a file uploaded which refers to the pic or doc. I there any possibility to have the pic uploaded right away?

I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly, do you want to view your uploaded picture as an image and not just a link in your email notification?

You can edit your uploaded image in your email notification adding the prefix, IMG into your upload tag, such as {IMG:uploadImage}. This will create an image with the original dimension of the uploaded image. If you want to create a thumbnail size, you can specify the dimension,{IMG:uploadImage:200}

If you are referring to the Trello card giving out links only after uploading,and not thumbnails? Unfortunately, that feature is not yet available. Trello cards would only register the uploaded file as an attachment link.

Thats what I mean. I would like to have the Image uploaded in Trello Cards instead of a link given out. Please can you tell me if this feature is worked on?

Like what my colleague, Richie_P, have mentioned, uploaded image files to the form will only be a link instead of the actual image when cards are created in Trello through our integration.

I have submitted a feature request, on your behalf, to our developers to add uploaded image file in Trello cards as an actual image and not a link that is used to download the file.

We cannot guarantee that this will be implemented soon. And although we cannot provide you a timeframe to when it will become available, please be assured that once there is an update, we will notify you in this thread the soonest.
