We have exceeded our form limits and have been trying to upgrade our account for 2 days and it keeps declining every credit card we enter. Please hel

I have checked your account and see that it was upgraded to Bronze monthly subscription earlier that was paid using Stripe payment processor. So, when you try to upgrade the account now it seems that the Stripe is trying to charge the card which is already on file. Please try changing the credit card information from the billing section of your account and then try to upgrade to see if that works. If the issue still persists, please get back to us with the subscription plan that you are trying to upgrade so that we can provide you with the direct link to upgrade.
