With Zoho, there are 2 ways to authenticate your account. It's either by using your Zoho login credentials or authentication token. Please try authenticating using the second method as well. If you are still facing issues, you can try disabling two-factor authentication temporarily. I am not sure why it won't recognize the code. Must be an issue on the Authentication Application side.
