Problem persists and I have sent it to other computers with internet explorer and they have the same problem with it. It redirects them to jotform builder - jotform.com/
Do you want to try again logged out or on another computer?
Was okay a few weeks ago.

My colleague has tested it from another network and it is fine for him too.
You can try the following:
- Check the form on different browsers.
- Reset your Internet Explorer, and check the form.
- Check the from on different computer.
- Check the form using another Internet Service Provider.
