I got a lot of problems of connection with you since the end of last week.

The email address email@example.com is not connected to any account. There is an account with username lpafrance, but it is a guest account. The email address of the account lpafrance is lpa****ce@rep*****or.jotform.com. Is that your email address?
You should sign up and create a Free account using the same email address. Once you do that the forms you created in the guest account should be automatically moved to your new Free account. You can use this link to singup - https://www.jotform.com/signup/
You can also create a new account using a different username and the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you do that. let us know on this thread and provide us the link of your forms, and we will move them to your new account.
