We can't seem to find the access to the private key to open an encrypted form. We've opened it in the past. Do you know how we can access it again?

The encryption key is not stored on the JotForm servers so it's not possible to download it again. When the encryption feature was enabled on the form you may have downloaded the key so it should be stored on your computer, by default it should be on the downloads folder. Now, I would recommend you to try using incognito mode so you're asked for the key, if you have it on your computer then you may try just uploading it, if it's the correct key the submissions should be decrypted.

Here's also a guide that will provide you more details about such feature: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them
