I have two things-
One, I set-up a form to send the submissions to a Google Drive and I am unable to download the images from there.(When I click on them I can see them like normal, but when I click download, I get a blank page) It is strange. I know that is a 3rd party, but we were hoping to distribute the info that way and wonder if you have encountered that issue before. The test images download just fine through the jot form account but that isn't ideal if you need to share with several people. Two, we are looking to potentially use this service to accept payment too. There was a question about making sure that the submissions aren't entered until payment is made, so I wanted to confirm that that is indeed the case.

I cloned your form and integrated my cloned form with Google Drive, but I cannot replicate the issue you reported. I successfully downloaded the image that was uploaded to Google Drive.
Please try to download your files again. You can also try to use some other browser or in Incognito mode. You can also try to use some other device.

I got it to work in a private window, so that is good. Still need reply on question about payment please!

I am glad to hear that your issue is resolved. Sorry about the payment question. I was testing the Google Drive integration and trying to find what can be the issue on your and I forgot about your other question.
Considering that your other question is not related to the subject of this thread, I moved it to a separate thread and I will provide you an answer there shortly:
