I do not receive all the information that I should in the email template

    Hello, i've tried every way possible to fix this issue. I have deleted and created the template from scratch... nothing works..

    The issue is the following:

    I have a form named "Inscripcion transforma2 orlando 2018". I have the email notifications configured, however, when i get the email i do not receive all the info that i should in the email body. Please see the configuration on the form, and i'll attach a screenshot of what i actually get. Please help me fix this issue once and for all.

    Your current email template does not contain all the fields. You may consider re-creating it again.

    Delete the current template: https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder.

    Create a new one: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Also, do not put some spaces into your field names (https://www.jotform.com/help/146-How-to-find-Field-IDs-Names).

    Welvin, how do you figure that my email template does not contain all the fields? Did you look into my form settings? 

    If you did check, you should have seen that it does contain all the fields. Why is it not displaying on the email? Thats my question..

    As far as spaces into field names... if you look in my older forms, i also have spaces in the field names, and those worked perfectly..

    Any other suggestions?

    Yes, I did check. Yes, the fields are all there, I thought the widgets are part of it.

    The spaces are supposed to be not accepted, and I might report that one to our backend team. Just please update it to avoid any future issues. 

    My suggestion is the same, delete the current notification email template and create a new one. Just to reset it. You'll also see, the field labels in the template are also different from the ones in your form, so I suggest re-creating that one to fix it entirely.

    To delete a row, especially the separator widget, just use the table tool > delete row option:

    What widgets are you referring to?

    ok i guess we will not do spaces in the field names.

    where do you see a difference of field labels in the template and the form? I couldn't find one

    The blue lines are the separator widget.

    I don't understand what is wrong...the labels seem to be right... the email still does not show all info that needs to be displayed.

    Why does it only show those 3 fields?

    I'm sorry, but you are not following my suggestion. The current template is altered and needs to be deleted and re-created. The field names/tags are all correct there, but it's not working, so that needs to be re-created.

    Hi, yes i had deleted and recreated, but i'm glad you did as well. Seems like it worked. I did receive the test...everything looks good.
