I used a template to create this form https://form.jotform.com/80394956004156
Our form is for estimates only and when I went to test it, it failed because it's connected to PayPal. I've gone through all the options and can't figure out how to disconnect the payment option.
I did receive an answer that suggested I turn on sandbox mode. That didn't work. My form options disappeared.
The second suggestion was to delete the payment option. This is what a want to do, but I don't know how to do that.

Here is how to remove the payment field from your form:
So basically, select the payment field and click Remove button.
