use one form two do two jobs as the information is basically the same : the web site displaying the form has its own paypal facility, so I do not need to use jot tools for this , we need away of supplying basically the same information that is already asked, on all but a few items. Is there a way that I can either select or tick to select the parts of the form that I need or I could add additional fields so that when this is selected it would disable default settings of exsiting forms , or create a second form, and link to it from the 1st form without having to re upload the address, as our webmaster does this work for free on a 1 update per month basis. and we have already eaten decembers quota

You should be able to link to a second form prepopulating fields from a first form, are these forms on different pages on your website?
Do you have the first and second forms created?
To give you an idea of how this method could work, I have created a sample form.
Do you think something like this could work?

I can see your logic I can see how it would work but Feel it may complicate things , we have a complaint form, because the company in question seems not want to do things up front we have been forced to include a complainant statement, on the second form we would not require this statement but to double up the info that is needed I feel will just complicate things, unless I could have a button that would switch between the two forms, I still feel this a bit messy, I think a second account or form from our paid account would be the route, but cant seem to find how to start a new form, and would this form have its own address. I have two threds running to you guys as i did not want to ask to many questions under one heading
