Is Jotform GDPR compliant?

    Hello,

I was wondering if you could please help me with a query about GDPR?

In May 2018, later this year, a new set of data laws will be coming into force across the EU, and will impact all companies around the globe that hold the data of EU citizens. Since we use your platform to gather people's data, the use of this platform could become problematic.

What are you doing to prepare for GDPR? And are your servers that hold the data generated from our account based in the UK?

    Many thanks,

    Alexandra

Jotform is not yet GDPR compliant. GDPR will be implemented in May 2018 and hopefully by then we will be GDPR compliant. If there are any updates, you will find them in our security page: https://www.jotform.com/security/

Regarding the data where your submissions and forms are stored, you can check whether your account is using Jotform's Europe data center or not by going to your my account's page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

Great news! JotForm is GDPR compliant now. You can find more details here: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr/

Also, we offer data processing addendums (DPAs) for our customers that operate in the EU. If you would like to sign a DPA, Feel free to send your request: https://www.jotform.com/gdpr/dpa/
