Notification for accepted contract terms

A couple teams at the organization I work at are using Jot Forms for standard contracts and getting electronic acceptances using a check box. We are hoping to figure out if we get a notification when people accept the terms of the contract we've prepared for them. If a notification is available, how and when do we get those after someone has accepted a contract term?
