Why did our bill go up so much?

We jot joined with the non-profit rate for the bronze package, which I thought would give us 50% off, but we just paid our highest rate yet. I believe we paid $190 for this year, but the equivalent bronze rate is $9.50/mo or $114/yr - less than our non-profit discount. If there's no discount then we'd like to downgrade to the standard bronze since it's cheaper.

Please let me know what's going on with these 2 bronze level packages and why we're being charged so much more for the non-profit rate.
