Dear Jotform. My account is been suspended. Why is that happended?

Your account was suspended because you used a logo that is not related to you apparently.
If you own the logo, or if you are related to company/owner of the logo. You can prove it by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from an email address that belongs to the domain associated with the logo and include the URL of this ticket in the email and we will unsuspend your account.
