Why is my account suspended if we are adhering to your policies and taken necessary steps to encrypt sensitive information?

    We are following your policies and procedures in encrypting sensitive information using the key provided by JotForm to retrieve the sensitive information.  We have included a screenshot of your policies and procedures where we followed your directions.
