I love the product options that are available for single product order forms, but is it possible to make a "persistent" shopping cart using many order forms on many pages? They would add up totals into one shopping cart prior to checking out and paying.

Hello, you can only add a single payment integration which works on a single page.

However, instead of using payment integration's logic, you can create your own using calculations and conditions. You can create products using fields such as multiple choice, image choice, and dropdown.  Assign calculation values to the items in the fields, then apply your calculations and pass them into the payment integration field to collect your payments.

This guide shows legacy layout as an example but it also works in card forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
