I paid the yearly price for the Bronze plan. Will my unused prepaid balance be applied to my upgrade?

Do you mean to say that you want to upgrade to higher plan? I did check your account and found that you have paid through Stripe.

Yes you can upgrade your account to higher plan and prorated refund will be applied and you will only be charged the difference amount.
