When I try to clone any of the many forms on this site, ReviewHelper.com--which were all created in Jotform--so I can put them in this (paid account), I am unable to. Here is one of the forms: https://www.reviewhelper.com/corp-yourbusiness.html
When I try to clone, I get a message (see screenshot) that I "do not have permission." Why is that? I did not have this problem previously. I can clone forms that were created in Jotform from any other website without this problem. But I cannot clone a form on ReviewHelper.com .
Earlier today you told me re: my free Jotform account for Review Helper that you were going to disable ALL of my forms tomorrow unless I upgrade to a paid account. You told me this only today after I let one person make one payment with a form--not having a clue that that meant that ALL my forms would be disabled next day. Did you put some kind of freeze on my forms, to make sure I could not clone them? The forms are still active, usable (it is not yet Feb. 13). Yet I cannot clone my forms.
I've been asking this question for over an hour now privately. I am a paying customer on this account. I deserve an answer.

Can you please use the URL of the form to clone it: http://www.jotform.us/form/53436622946158
For some reason I was not able to clone that from through the website's URL as well.
Please let us know if you have any other question.
