Hi good morning,
If I fill in the form, it still does not count back.
Can you have a look again.
If I receive the email (when having filled the form), I cannot see the date, I only see the 1 I filled in. I will have to be able to see the dates. Can you check that as well?

Your form does not count because you are not using quantity gift registry in your form https://form.jotformeu.com/lvlems/linkedin-turbo-training anymore. Instead, you are using multiple choice field.
The bug with quantity gift registry widget has been fixed. Please try again by adding a new quantity gift registry widget
