Do sub-user accounts need to sign into the main account to access their account?

I have set up a sub account for an agent working with me who needs to create her own forms and add her logo. Does she sign onto my jotform or create her own login?

I have checked your account and I see that the sub-user you added already created an account. Sub-users will have a separate account and, therefore, a different login from the main account.
