I cannot find my submissions

    Hello

    I use jotform and submit many formular today https://form.jotformpro.com/70502005163945

    but they don't appear in my submissions ?  

    What happened ?

    I did a test submission to your form, could you please check if you receive it?

    I checked the email address (dominique.rossi@lire-et-ecrire.be) and it is not on our bounce list. I also checked our mail logs and I can see that emails are being sent properly. Here's a screenshot:

    Please check your spam folder and if you see JotForm emails, mark it as not spam.

    But the submission have taken 30 minutes to come on website and excel download…

    Are you referring to the Submission Panel? Please provide more details or proof that you're receiving the submission 30 minutes late. You can take a screenshot of the time you receive it and check your email history logs. You can check the Email History Logs of your account by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/370-How-to-View-Your-Account-Activity-Logs
