I've paid to upgrade to Bronze and had email to say it's been upgraded but when I go into my account it says its still on the Free version. I want to create another form but its saying I'm at my limit of 5 forms.

afternoon redesigned two of the forms I had already set up and renamed them
and changed the 'fill' boxes slightly. I have just done a test email to
check they are working and the form that gets emailed to me has different
'fill' boxes to the actual form I have filled in. I think it is reverting
to the original form that I have overwritten, even though I have saved and
published them. Can you think why that would happen?
I have attached screen shots of the forms and the resultant emails I

As you can see - the emailed form doesn't tally with the information that
has to be input in the registration form
