Restart form conditional statement

Hi there,
I'm looking for a way to set up a conditional statement so that when a user answers a "yes" to the question "Do you want to start over" it brings the form user back to the beginning. Is this possible?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to jump to certain part of the form based on conditions, you can only show/hide fields, insert values or change the thank you page as well as other functions with conditions.
