How can I create a product order form?

I have a business website that supplies car window stickers, decals and labels in the UK. And I want to make the form on my website that gives access to the customer to design their own stickers as per their requirements.

So, Can I make a form like that?

Yes it is possible to create a form that does the above using different fields supported by Jotform.

You will also need to create conditional logic that will display certain fields based on user answers including the kindl of product the user wants. Ideally you would be creating a smart form.
