How the required question on the form skipped to submit the form?

    How were they able to submit the form without filling out the required question as shown on the picture?

    As I tried to submit the form on your webpage, I see that the required validation is working fine.

    I have checked the web page and see that the form is embedded using Javascript embed method. The issue might have occurred with the conflicts on the other scripts on the web page. Though we are not able to replicate the issue at our end, please try embedding the form using iframe embed code.
