Email Conditions Not Sending Correctly

I have two different notification emails (green) set up to be sent out, either one or the other, but not both.

For some reason I cannot figure out how to tell the conditions to only send me one or the other, but not both. I'm receiving both each time the form is completed. I only want to receive one or the other, based on the conditions.

Can you  help?

Please change this condition from "Any" to "All":
