afternoon redesigned two of the forms I had already set up and renamed them
and changed the 'fill' boxes slightly. I have just done a test email to
check they are working and the form that gets emailed to me has different
'fill' boxes to the actual form I have filled in. I think it is reverting
to the original form that I have overwritten, even though I have saved and
published them. Can you think why that would happen?
I have attached screen shots of the forms and the resultant emails I

As you can see - the emailed form doesn't tally with the information that
has to be input in the registration form

As far as I understood, the email notifications fields don't match your current form fields, correct? Please try deleting the notification and creating a new one.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot with us. Try to delete the notification email in you Settings > Emails and create a new one.
