Can you check my account plan?

Good afternoon,

I wanted to know how to add multiple email recipient accounts to the form. It says that I need to upgrade the account but to my knowledge our school already pays for the plan. Is there any way you can check on our plan? It's Trevor Day School

Can you give me the account email address of your school or the account username so I can check it out?
