Account shows I'm out of space.

    I was recently told that I was out of space, so I have gone through and deleted 85% of my submissions and it is still staying I need to upgrade for more space. Can you please let me with this.

    Upon checking your account, it shows that you have already consumed the 1 payment submission per month limit for a Starter account. Your option here is to either upgrade to a higher plan or wait for the counter to be reset on the 1st day of the month next March 2018.
