how to send text on the form to the recipient by auto responder

    I have a disclaimer on the form which I would like the customer to be received along with the details that has been filled.

    Now text can be seen on the form but it is not seen on the customer received details

    It's possible that the fields on your form has been updated but not the fields on your auto responder.

    What you can do is delete the auto response email and add a new one. This will make sure that the fields in your form matches the fields listed in your auto response email.
