I am attempting to use your JotForm Feedback Button Plugin and it is not working.

I have currently version 4.9.3 installed for my Wordpress website. I would like to use your plugin to operate and display some support forms for my website, but when I test the plugin on my site, there is no form displayed. I have followed your instructions, created my form on your site, but when I click on the Feedback button there is nothing displayed. Can you help me please?

I just tried embedding my form to my Wordpres version 4.9.4 and followed the instruction here https://www.jotform.com/help/174-Embed-JotForm-in-Wordpress-using-the-Embed-Form-Plugin to embed my form and it works fine.

Please try embedding the form using the instruction above and let me know how it goes. Looking forward for your response. 

Thank you for the instructions. I was able to embed the form into my document, however I am much more interested in using the button plugin to allow users to load the feedback from. I am getting the error:

my site was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://www.jotform.com/jsform/80434912206147?appendTo=js-form-content&'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

How can I update the request to be secure so that my forms can be loaded using the button feature?

I don't want my customers to have to allow the unsecured script every time they load my site.

While getting the feedback button's code you need to make sure that the form is loaded under HTTPS, you will find the form's link in the "src" attribute of the code.
