    I have updated my account from free to 39 per month but I still get you brand and not ours.

    What am i doing wrong?

    I checked your forms and I did not see any JotForm Branding in the footer. I can verify that you already disabled this option in the Account Settings page.

    Are you referring to the JotForm logo in the email alerts? If yes, then you can manually delete and insert your own logo.

    In the Form Builder, click "Settings" in the top menu and then go to "Emails" section. Select the notification and then click the "Edit" icon. In the Email Editor, click the image and then delete it. You can insert another image by clicking the "Insert/Edit Image" icon.
