Are we able to have our account transferred over to your Australian arm?

    Hi Jot Form, 

    We are a Australian company currently using your fantastic program, our current issue is all the widgets we wish to use and phone number plugins etc are all in US format.   Are we able to have our account transferred over to your Australian arm of Jot Form to ensure more smoother usage of your program.

    You may consider changing the phone number format by using the Input Mask option from the field properties.

    Are we able to have our account transferred over to your Australian arm of Jot Form

    I am not sure if you are referring to an Australian servers. If so, unfortunately, we have our servers located in US and EU regions only. However, please note that our technology assures that the application should be working normally despite of the server location. Also, we have so many users from Australia and we have not received any specific complaints on the application loading issues.
