Our agents have been stating that while working in our forms that the system is timing out.

Can you give us more details on what you mean by the forms timing out? Do you mean so say that the edits made failed to update? If so, can you try recommending to log out and log back in to see if it has something to do with the session on the account? Also, another thing you can recommend is to clear the cache of the browser used for making changes on the form.
