Email - Text only format - Not HTML

Hi,

I'm trying to identify a way to ensure that jotform send and email as text and not HTML format. The third party tool I use does not recognise HTML emails. 

I have tried to delete the source code as mentioned in other forums. Unfortunately that does not work.

please tell me there is a work around.

Unfortunately, it is not possible anymore to use a text-only format on email alerts. Can you give us information on the third-party tool that you are using? Perhaps we can find a solution on this concern.
