Still having problems with the "Appointment Slot"

I apologise for flooding. but i really need your help.  

I am having problems with the '"appointment slot" widget.  I have set the maximum limit to "1" so that the user can only choose one slot. when i send it, it ok. the problem occurs during the edits. when I edit my appointment slot by un-ticking the previous time to choose another, the earlier slot remains gray and the new time-slot cannot be chosen, if i keep on ticking the new time-slot, the available slot number increases.  

I have encountered this problem before (november). I tried creating and re-creating fresh forms but still the problem exits.

I really need this to be up and running on friday.

I was not able to replicate your issue as you see from the gif.

I checked your browser and apparently, it is Google Chrome on Mac which is same as my setup.

The issue looks to be fixed. If it persists, please provide us your exact browser, device and os setup so we can try to replicate your issue and forward it to our development team.

Screenshots would also be very helpful.
