Are there any other users out there who are charities based in the UK? Did you manage to get the non-profit discount and if so, how did you do it? What did you provide?
My organisation is a charity registered with the charity commission, has a charity number but obviously has no 990 form as they don't exist in the UK. I have supplied a link to the commission and our annual accounts but each time they are rejected. There is no paperwork issued to UK charities as far as we can tell.
Does non-profit discount only apply to the US?

Nonprofit discount applies to all nonprofit organizations all over the world. The UK is no exception.
In order for your application to be approved, you must provide a registration document that supports the nonprofit status. The organization must be registered at the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

At least, provide the Charity Registration Number and the application should be approved.
Let us know if you have further questions.

Thank you Adrian. I shall try one final time to apply for this discount. All previous attempts have included our charity number with no joy. I shall reference this discussion in the application to see if that helps.
