There are 4 different pictures that need to be taken in a form my client is using. Sometimes, when they take a picture they get an error message stating there is no memory (!) despite the phone has more than 100MB free!! Worst: the form is completely wiped out, and all the information has to be entered again. This was not happening before, and I did not a single change in the form, only in the .pdf report.
I've checked my account here in JF and there is a lot of space still for uploads, what can be happening? solution?

When uploading files, there should be no problem with exceeding from the limit allowed. It will just disable the account after 24 hours if the account is not upgraded. With this, I suspect that the error you are encountering is an error on your device.
Would you have a screenshot of the error? If so, can you please share with us the image?
