    Good afternoon, we are having problems with the website. Once the data is entered in the external link, it is not reported within the web (shipping) until after 3 hours. How can we solve it?

    Sorry, your question is a bit vague to me. 

    Am I right to understand that you are not receiving email notifications or they were delayed for 3 hours when someone submits your form? Or is it a delay on the submissions page?

    We would appreciate if you could give us more details that describe the problem.

    May we also ask your permission to make test submissions in your form so we can investigate this further. Let us know if this is fine.

    Good afternoon, the problem is that at this time (17.41 local time) on the web www.jotform.com, only submissions appear until 12.11 local time

    The emails associated with the submission arrive correctly at the time of shipment, however, there is a delay in the web and in the downloading of the forms.


    If you consider it appropriate, indicate how to get an image of what happened

    As far as I could understand you, you are saying that the form submissions on the submissions page are not showing immediately. There is a 3-5 hour delay from when the form is submitted and until it shows on the submissions page.

    However, I could not see that.

    I have made a test submission and it was shown immediately on the submissions page after a page refresh.
