The dynamic drop down labeled "Ticket Type" is not displaying all the information on edit causing hidden fields to show and be required. I have a attached a picture of the submitted form (on the right) and how it opens in the web page on edit (on the left). It has worked fine for a long time.Page URL:

I was able to reproduce the problem. Your ticket field fails to remember your previous selections on edit.
So I have escalated this issue to Level 2 support. They will look into the problem and post a response on this thread when they are ready.
