My forms are not opening up to view or edit.

    Hello Jotform,

    When I check box a form to open to edit or view, the open bar at the top of my computer goes about 1/10 of the way and stalls. I have tried for 2 days numerous times on numerous forms to open. I am on a time line of deadline for information gathering and need to figure this out. My wifi strength is excellent and all other programs on my laptop are working well. I use a mac. Thank you for your help.

    Can you please let us know if you are using Safari or Chrome? And are you using the latest version of them? I tested out your forms on the latest version of both Safari and Chrome and it was working fine on my case. 

    Can you please test it on a different browser/computer and let us know if the issue persists? We will be waiting for your reply. Thank you!
